Box-it NW was established in 1997 and from small beginnings has grown rapidly. This growth is based upon our work for successful clients and the happy relationship with them that we put as our highest priority. Consistent customer focus and delivering a quality service now means that we have more than 450 customers. If our clients are happy then so are we.
Box-it NW is run from 2 sites with good access to the motorway and road network which allows us to provide a rapid response to customer requests. Box-it NW vans with our own security vetted drivers are out delivering and collecting files, boxes and documents early each morning for clients in Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, Chester, Wirral, North Wales, Cheshire, Lancashire and the surrounding areas.

Box-it NW currently has 9 separate records storage centres spread across the 2 sites. These purpose built stores are secure, clean, spacious and efficiently organised. The air is dried in the stores to ensure that clients’ documents are preserved in the condition that they came to us. All boxes are barcoded and use the O’Neil records management track and trace system so that we know where all files and boxes are at any time. We know where any item is when they are in our care, or if it is with the client, when it was delivered, who ordered it and who received it. If it is in transit we also know which vehicle it is in, which Box-it team member has it in their care and because all our delivery vehicles are tracked, where it is on its journey to or from the client.
Our records stores are secure with access control systems, intruder alarms and fire detection systems that are monitored 24/7 and the latest digital CCTV. Our electronic data storage is hosted and backed up securely on servers in the UK.
